Sanwa is a result of the pioneering efforts of its chief promotor and Chief Executive officer, Mr. A.R.Salgame. A Management Graduate, he combined his management skills with technical expertise he attained through considerable experience in the Cutting Tool Industry to launch this entrepreneurial effort named Sanwa.

Management Team

Mr. P. Raju, Director Marketing and Technical Servicing, ably assists him. Mr. Raju is a Mechanical Engineer by profession and heads a team of Engineers. The Company strong technology orientation and backing comes from its dedicated team of 10 technically qualified engineers who contribute with innovation and zest into the Production, Maintenance, Quality Control and Servicing Departments of the Company. Experienced Production Foremen and over 100 personnel from various faculties form the backbone of the company production lines.
